​Hello my name is Wayde Hayen owner of Drenched. I have ran numerous successful businesses in the Southeast and Midwest United States. My wife and I have lived many places and now call Collin County home. Drenched was created to offer home and business owners a more thorough approach when it comes to Plano lawn service and landscaping in Frisco. In this fast paced world we recognize quality cannot be rushed. We promise to take our time with your Plano landscaping to ensure we understand your needs as they pertain to your lawn or landscape. We understand the end product must be perfect and also believe in ongoing open communication throughout your project or lawn maintenance.

Our attention to detail is unmatched. We pride ourselves in creating loyal, happy customers. This we hold dear and have proven success in these beliefs in prior businesses we have managed. As a homeowner and business owner I fully appreciate "pride of ownership".

Service area: Collin County, Texas. Frisco, Mckinney, Prosper, Plano, Allen, Wylie, Richardson, Murphy and some of Dallas  

Billing: We prefer to bill on the last day of the month expecting payment by the 15th of the following month.

Late fees: If you are late paying  (you have 15 days from the date your invoice is received) you can expect a $15 fee on your next statement.

If payment still is not received within 30 days service will be suspended until payment is made. An overgrown fee may be needed to restart.

​The night before we service:

1) Make sure any gates are unlocked. If a gate is locked, we will not be able to service the area locked by the gate and the normal service fee will still be charged. Due to our tight schedules, we likely won't be back until the following scheduled service.

2) Clean up the yard including children's toys and pet waste. This way we have a clean area and nothing is accidentally damaged while we service your property.

3) Our lawn mowing season begins March 1st and runs through the second week of November. At this time you will be weekly or biweekly and will not be able to skip services and restart at will.

4) We greatly appreciate open communication as to anything you would like changed or added on to your service going forward. We really want complete satisfaction from our customers and understand it takes great communication to achieve a clear picture of the end result. Thank you.

Inclement weather: If it rains the day of your service, we will contact you to make other arrangements.
